Well, Laura grew up in the sweet little town of Rifle, Colorado that has made it BIG recently, now that is has a Wal-Mart. It is one of four small towns exactly 7 miles apart west of Glenwood Springs that at the time all attended one high school and still didn’t make it to 1000 students! Go Bears! Really all it is known for are a few things 1) the fairgrounds 2) the oil riggs (that are no longer…) and 3) the hunting. That’s about it… Laura experienced her first travel across the ocean to Paris, France as a USA AllStar her junior year and ever since then has felt the need to travel and knew this little town just wasn’t enough for her passion for life. Laura received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish Education from CSU (Go Rams!) and is licensed to teach k-12 in Colorado. Today she teaches Spanish at Cherry Creek School District’s very own prestigious MYP school, Laredo Middle School, and is the current World Language Department Coordinator. Laura is also a Bridal Consultant and runs her own wedding website providing advice and ideas to the newly engaged within the Colorado market, geeking herself out really, and learning a lot about websites and making mulah on the interwebs (LOL). She is also EXTREMELY passionate about health and wellness, always researching healthy foods, habits and exercise, challenging herself and others to live life to its fullest! Laura travels the world with her loving spouse and continues to salsa dance, any kind of dance really, her heart out! She is passionate about her family, dancing, art, travel and having fun!
